1.Technical Co-Founder (Female Preferred) - (1)
Lead the entire technical vision and execution strategic direction. Hands - on building + strategic direction. Own architecture, roadmap, and team growth. Join as true Co-owner of Aeiforia Tech. Equity: 5-10%+ (negotiable for exceptional impact).
2. Lead Flutter / React Native Engineer - (1)
Own cross-platform mobile development (iOS + Android) and Web development . Build secure, intuitive apps for Aeiforia Pay, AI Financial Literacy Hub. Deliver production-ready UI/UX, integrations, and features. Mentor juniors. Equity: 1.5-3%.
3. Lead AI / Integration Engineer - (1)
Own the AI Financial Literacy Hub and all integrations. Implement LLM features (scam detection, personalized education in local languages), API connections to NovaCaap infrastructure, data security. Mentor juniors. Equity: 1.5-3%.
4. Immersive Fintech/AI Developer (Intern / Junior) - (1)
Take real ownership of modules (e.g., QR payments UI, AI tip generator, fraud prompts). Ship production code from day one. No toy tasks, immersive, high-impact work under leads. Equity: 0.5-1.5% (refresh possible for top performers).
